PROCEDURES
1. Select the type of participation
Attendance is subject to seat availability and requires registration. Please select your participation category and register for EIMAD.
Each registration corresponds to a paper ID. Each author must register. The second author for the same paper ID pays 50% of the Author A fee.
Accepted papers must be presented and published, and at least one author must be registered. Each registration allows one oral presentation of a single paper, an invitation to the Welcome drink, 2 lunches, 4 coffee breaks, the cultural programme (optional), inclusion in the conference proceedings indexed in Scopus, participation in the Conference Scientific Programme, and a certificate of participation and presentation.
All other authors of papers with multiple attendees must also register.
Authors who do not attend EIMAD are not required to register and will neither receive a certificate nor present their paper.
2. Make payment
Make payment according to the participation category, by bank transfer, using the following data:

The EIMAD registration is only valid after receipt of the proof of payment and when the payment is confirmed by our university treasury.

3. Form, proof of payment and submission
To complete your registration, you must fill in the registration form.
Send proof of payment (bank transfer receipt) and valid proof of student status (if applicable) by the next day after the bank transfer is made, as well as the data for issuing the invoice (Name, NIF, Address and contact) to the email address: secretariado.eimad@gmail.com
CERTIFICATES
Certificates of Assistance and Presentation will be sent by email to each registrant.
